ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
I had ordered flowers for my wife on our 1 year anniversary, (4/8/18) to be in the room when we arrived, the dozen yellow roses we sitting on the counter in the office. The lady said that she didnt know what room it was going to. She brought them over while we were unloading the suitcases. That was not proffersional, when they were ordered on Wed before. I cant blame the florist, because the roses arrived at about 12:00. Thanking for reading this late.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
When flowers arrive, and the room is done, thats when it should be brought to the room.
