It is a beautiful property, and the room was gorgeous. However, I felt like the walls are a little thin. I was in room 27, and I could hear the TV against the wall next door, and they seemed to watch it all night. Good thing I had my headphones, or I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. Second, the blueberry muffin I grabbed in the morning had what seemed to be a big glob of yogurt in it? Strange. I would love to recommend this place, but having a relatively quiet place to sleep is kinda important! Especially as I was only staying one night and had to be up early for work.
I don’t know if there’s anything that can be done in terms of soundproofing (or maybe rearranging the rooms so the TV in one room isn’t up against the bed of the other?).
