POSITIVE:

Room was clean. Check in was efficient. Nice grounds. Breakfast was good. Sandy neck beach is really nice.

NEGATIVE:

The location is quite a distance from the centre of Sandwich. Had the journey from hell to Provincetown, spent a lot of time stuck in a traffic jam and missed our whale watching trip. Lesson learned, avoid Cape Cod around Independence Day holiday.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Have a pool would be great (the pool wasn’t open).

Have a comfortable seat in the room (like a small couch).

More choice for breakfast, or changing menu 2 times in a week, because when you stay one week, we eat the same thing everyday.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Maybe the breakfast area can be more efficient, have more space on the counter to accommodate more than one person at a time.

Also, the air conditioning that is directed directly to tables, it’s not nice .

My husband and I stayed in room 24. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable but there was a terrible mold smell that was overwhelming.

We cleaned the filter in the air conditioner which was covered with dust but that didn’t help. We were able to leave the windows open during the day so that helped a bit. I had already asked to switch rooms because I didn’t need a kitchenette and I wanted to be further away from the road. The staff was very accommodating but I didn’t want to complain again.

The breakfast was more than continental ! Delicious muffins ! What a spread. We enjoyed all the delicious choices and were able to start our day with healthy , hearty breakfast.

Thank you for that !

A little disappointed about the pool not being open but it’s not advertised so that’s understandable.

Hope to be able to get back there again this season (will be dependent on time frame for knee surgery) time frame.
