ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK: 

Charming exterior and efficient check-in. Room (#20) We were pleased to have found a suite/efficiency, but disappointed to find that it wasn't appointed as hoped: no coffeemaker, only one spoon, one wine glass. Would have appreciated a comfortable chair in the seating area and a waste basket in the bathroom. // Common breakfast room was charming and breakfast was quite fine.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK: 

I had ordered flowers for my wife on our 1 year anniversary, (4/8/18) to be in the room when we arrived, the dozen yellow roses we sitting on the counter in the office. The lady said that she didn’t know what room it was going to. She brought them over while we were unloading the suitcases. That was not proffersional, when they were ordered on Wed before. I can’t blame the florist, because the roses arrived at about 12:00. Thanking for reading this late.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS: 

When flowers arrive, and the room is done, that’s when it should be brought to the room.

We walked into the room and immediately found it inviting. The colors were soft and welcoming, the smell was pleasant and clean, the bed and linens were fresh. We came from Connecticut for a wedding but We were so happy with our room that we felt like we were the ones on a honeymoon!

 We will definitely return and recommend!!

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK: 

I voted a 9 on most items. A 10 would indicate perfections. I believe there's always room for improvement, hence the 9.

We expected a cold breakfast but were very pleasantly surprised to have eggs, cheese and ham available. And it was very good. Great Carrot juice also.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS: 

The rates seemed slightly on the high side. Finish the work on the Sagamore Bridge.. ;-)

Great off-season rates, clean and comfortable . Room was ready upon checking in. Comfortable bed. Mini-Fridge was already cold. Heating / Cooling comfort level just right. Had a very good Continental breakfast the morning of check-out. Many hotels don't start breakfast until around 7:00. Here, they start serving breakfast early, around 5:30 A.M., So I was able to enjoy breakfast before rushing off to work.

Would happily stay at the Sandwich Lodge and Resort again in the future.
