ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

The bed was nice. There was no top sheet on our bed. Is that normal? The floors (vinyl) were filthy. Because they are gray wood looking, you can’t tell. It doesn’t appear they are cleaned between guests. They were sticky. We spilled water in the kitchen, and when wiping it up, saw the dirt and grime on the paper towel. We stayed 3 nights. After the first night, someone kindly came in and gave us fresh towels and cleaned dishes. The next day, no one came at all. We had done some food prep and had garbage, and no one took it out. The small can in the kitchen was overflowing, so I used the bathroom can as well. I put the trash out by the door when we were gone for the day and evening, and no one came by. I appreciate the washer and dryer. By 9:00 am, the hot oatmeal was empty, and the second day, the fruit bowl was empty. I asked about it, and was told they hadn’t gotten a delivery. I understand there are supply issues, and it had been raining, but it was disappointing nonetheless. Because the room is mostly below ground level, it smells a bit. We seemed to be near a sewer pipe. We kept windows open all day and night. Finally, for a room with a mostly supplied kitchen, we were surprised and disappointed there was no way to make coffee in our room. We had our own coffee beans (ground) and would have enjoyed a cheap Mr. Coffee machine. Or a plastic french press. Or a Keurig with your pods. Thank you for reading.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Add a coffee pot to the rooms with kitchens. Put in a bigger garbage can. Be consistent with servicing the room. Clean the floor with a damp mop.

High ratings given due to room comfort and cleanliness, as well as friendliness and helpfulness of front desk person.

NA rating given because did not have any of the offered food and beverage.

Rating of 6 given for working of amenities given because WiFi was very week and at times was unable to access internet.

Overall was very happy with stay. This is second year in a row my wife and I have stayed at your Inn and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Room 27 should not be used for guest. Normal walking upstairs was unbearable, especially when the guest above get up at 3am every day. We requested a room change and was told there was nothing available. We then asked to check out early and the manager, Kristian, who seemed very dissatisfied with her job, was extremely rude. She refused to discuss the situation and said we were out of luck as it was less than 24 hours notice (despite it being 8am in the morning). We were hoping for a little R&R but the experience in the room was dreadful. We will not recommend this hotel if you have to stay in Room 27. I recommend your manager stay in this room with guests above for the experience.

Close room 27 and replace your manager.
