The place is adorable and charming. I loved it! But the walls are paper thing. I could hear the tv in the room next to me fairly clearly. Same with outside noise. It's expected to some degree, but not sure there's much you can really do about it. Just thought I'd let you know. I'd come again.
POSITIVE:
The rooms were super clean and clearly recently refurbished. The surrounding grounds are nice, especially in good weather. Breakfast is good. The inn is well-located, close to a couple of nice restaurants.
NEGATIVE:
Everything was fine, until I asked for a printed bill or receipt for my credit-card payment, which the lady at the reception refused to give me. She said it was impossible to do so and that I needed to get in touch with Booking.com. for my bill. She then gave some BS about their room prices and I ended up leaving (ANGRY) without the bill
We were told that we could not arrive past 10a
We stayed in three locations on the Cape during this visit. Sandwich Inn was 3-4 times less expensive than the other two locations. Without a doubt Sandwich Inn had the most comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. It was the best sleep we had.

We stayed at a condo and two "Inns" while on the Cape this trip. Sandwich Inn was considerably less expensive than the other two and by far the most comfortable bed. Great night's sleep!

We were ble to book in early as our room was ready. The room was lovely and clean. The location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It had washing facilities and complimentary coffee all day. The breakfast was fantastic.
NEGATIVE:
No negatives at all just a note that there is no safe and some travellers from other countries like one for passports/paperwork.

Everything was great. Only downfall was the vent in the bathroom really didnt take out the steam. It was a great place to stay. Parking was a bit hard at room 21. The island made it hard when the other room had a monster truck to pull in and out, having a suburban myself. Still made no bad impression. It was a great place.

i was looking for a place in falmouth and my gps took me here, there was a bananna peel in my pillowcase along with a family of ants... that i killed

This is a beautiful place in cape cod. If you are looking to do a day trip to Martha's Vineyard and also a have a couple of days to explore some of Cape Cod and then drive to Boston, this place is in a nice location to be at a reasonable distance to all three. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated and come well equipped with all regular amenities you would expect.
