POSITIVE:

The Air Conditioning worked really well! Room was comfortable and clean and had a fridge. A great night's sleep. The grounds were lovely and there was a generally nice laid back holiday atmosphere about. There was access to vending machines and laundry too. There was a sign in the room saying that the rooms aren't sound proofed so please keep noise down especially after 10pm etc but I have to say we heard no noise from outside or next door even though the hotel seemed busy. Location was great. There is a well know ice-cream place just across the road. It's a very short drive to downtown Sandwich with lovely cafes and restaurants and a large CVS and other conveniences. It's just a bit further to the harbour with two seafood restaurants (one casual / counter service, one table service). We used this hotel as a base for 2 days to travel around the Cape and it was great for that. (Don't miss the Sandwich boardwalk while you're there!) While it wasn't cheap, compared to other places available on the Cape in August it was good value.

NEGATIVE:

The breakfast was only ok (not bad, but not very good) and the tables weren't being cleared off promptly after guests finished as there appeared to be only one staff member working which is probably a bit unfair on the staff. We didn't bother with breakfast the second day - but we were happy to be able to grab a coffee from the breakfast area to keep us going before packing up and going out for breakfast. This is just an observation but it wouldn't stop me from staying again.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandwich Inn and Suites! The rooms were super cute and very clean. The breakfast was great and each of the staff members we interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. We visit Cape Cod every year and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. The only recommendation I would make is to have an additional garbage can in the kitchen. We stayed for a week and made a lot of our own food to save some money and the only garbage can was the small one in the bathroom. We had garbage bags in the truck so it wasn't a big deal, but it might be helpful for next time. Otherwise everything else was an absolute pleasure and we can't wait to stay again. THANK YOU!

POSITIVE:

No wall to wall carpeting was a plus for my allergies, very clean, comfortable, plenty of room for up to 4 adults. Typical Cape décor. Neighboring guests were polite, quiet, friendly. Wooded lot was beautiful, kept us cool in the heat, natural landscaping. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker a plus.

NEGATIVE:

Could not control outside light near entrance, becomes buggy when returning at night. Trivial I know...

This structure could not be evaluated because there were problems with the booking.

 NEGATIVE:

The scortest "hotel manager". Unworthy, unprofessional behavior and also withholding money from our credit card, without having provided any service, as we have been forced to leave

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Your hotel is very nice. I would say the the entry way in is not good, it's only big enough for one car to enter or exit at one time. Our room was very nice but the people over us were loud and we could hear every footstep they took, this is not there fault. I would request a second floor for our next visit or a ground unit with no one above us.
