We had a great stay, and will hopefully be back one day. Thank you for discounting our room by 20% when you needed our original room, a king with a kitchenette. After driving around the Cape for two days, we really felt that we stayed at the best place. Thank you!

The young woman who checked us in was not very helpful. When we asked about restaurant suggestions, she handed us a map. She didn’t know where there was one. Other that, we really enjoyed our stay.

These comments aren’t criticisms just general feedback. 1. Enjoyed having kitchen facilities but didn’t have a lot of equipment so wasn’t really able to use it much. Don’t know if this is a US thing but would probably have expected more in an equivalent UK rental.
2. Loved the breakfasts but noticed on a couple of days that the some parts of the fresh fruit were going off and sour tasting.

I loved the location and the staff were wonderful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hardly knew any others were there yet lot was full. Will stay here again when we are back in town.

The food was just OK…Bacon would be my choice instead of Canadian bacon….The 5 grain mix wasnt a breakfast item for me…Might have been better if it was hot….scrambled eggs appear to be from a mix …..the gals at the front desk were fabulous….Would stay again..

NOt sure how you would resolve this, but the walls between rooms are extremely thin as we could hear the TV in the room next door, when they were shuffling clothes around on the rod in the closet, etc…

I struggled with not having room to unpack two small drawers and four hangers made it difficult. I would have loved a foot stool and a reading light next to chair.

POSITIVE:
The facility is nicely situated adjacent to a woodsy area. Our room was spacious and decorated in light colors with a beachy feel. We liked the balcony and window that can be opened, allowing us to turn off the air conditioning and enjoy the night air. Although we weren’t close enough to the town center to walk into town, there is a nice restaurant just down the road.
NEGATIVE:
The dining room seemed a bit small, but was adequate for this post- Labor Day stay.

We stayed in a second floor room with king-sized bed and a balcony overlooking the woods. The room was spacious and airy, with a beachy feel, and we appreciated being able to open a window and turn off the AC. The landscaping is nice and the wooded setting gave it a peaceful feel that is welcome on the busy Cape. Although we were not close enough to walk to the town center, there was a nice restaurant just down the road. Can’t think of any negatives. I would definitely stay here again.

The floor needed washing down as my feet felt gritty after walking barefoot and the fan in the bathroom was VERY dirty and needs a thorough cleaning.
