My only complaint was that there was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. You had to walk over to the breakfast area to get coffee. There were some rainy and cold mornings which were not comfortable for walking to get coffee. There was only instant coffee and a warmer in the rooms which was not stated explicitly in their advertisement.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

The only complaint I had was that there was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. There was only a means of heating water and using instant coffee. We had to walk over to the dining room to get coffee. I would recommend the Sandwich Inn and Suites to friends but would let them know that coffee was not available in the rooms.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

coffee and coffee maker should be in the room.

Stayed mid-October. We were touring New England and Cape Cod was the last couple days of our trip. The hotel was a good location for us to explore Cape Cod and the rate we found was great due to time of year. Of course, as we toured around Cape Cod, it was obvious the season was over. Many shops and restaurants - and even some hotels were closed already. Sandwich Inn is an updated ‘roadway’ style hotel that has charm. It’s not an upscale hotel but comfortable and cared for. Breakfast was more than adequate.

Where you stay in Cape Cod is very dependent on why you’re there. If you want to be near the beach or more of a quaint town with shops, etc., I thought Chatham and Falmouth /Woods Hole were charming.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We just returned from a 6 night stay in room 26. Other than extremely rude/loud neighbors in room 25 for 2 of our nights, we had a great time staying at the Sandwich Inn and Suites. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Only advice would a larger sink area. Thank you to the staff for the incredible service during breakfast and with the room cleaning! Also, thank you for taking care of our loud neighbor experience. 5 stars!!!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

suggesting to people that they not turn their tv up above a certain level after 9-10 pm or leaving it on all night. The walls are only so good at absorbing the noise.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We were overwhelmed with the terrible odor of chemical cleaning supplies and Cloroxed sheets. Upon arrival we opened windows wide, turned on fan an left the room. We put on Do Not Disturb’ sign every morning to make sure they didn’t use those toxic products again ! Can’t you switch to something safer and more environmentally friendly ??

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Yes. Use cleaning supplies that are not toxic. The odor of chemical cleaners was overwhelming when we opened the door. We opened the windows, turned on the fan and left! We put out Do Not Disturb sign every day to make sure they didn’t return with those toxic cleaners . Then the sheets and pillow cases reeked of Clorox ! It was overwhelming. Please change products. What you’re using may clean well but it’s terrible for your clean team, your guests and the environment.

Perfect place to stay for our visit to the Cape Cod area. This place is older, but well taken care of. For allergy reasons, I was a bit nervous that there would be the musty/mildewy odor that so many older motels have. But, I am happy to say, there was none! The rooms were quiet, fresh, clean, and resupplied very promptly. Also, the complimentary breakfast was amazing!

Stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed everything with the exception of a very noisy neighbor for two nights. When we brought to managements attention they quickly took care of the problem. Very nice breakfast with excellent coffee. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We were scheduled to stay for the weekend of Oct 25 through Oct 27. when we entered the room the front desk gave us it smelled like mold, the floor had leaves and dirt on it and needed to be cleaned. The front desk would not give us another room and we could not stay in a room like that. We left! They are trying to charge us for the night but we are contesting that charge to our credit card.. This is a disreputable place!!! Pick another hotel!
