POSITIVE:

This property reminded me of times past, but totally renovated with the comfort of one’s own home. Staff was friendly and very personable, and the breakfast was yummy and made to meet the dietary needs of all. Even though our stay was short, it was a wonderful experience! Many thanks to all!!

The room was one that we stayed in before, so we knew what to expect. What we didn’t expect was hair on the bed covers. This is suspect that the bed hadn’t been changed before we arrived. The floor was dusty and dirty. The floor had so much hair on it that we had to throw our socks away rather than include them with other laundry upon arriving home. This isn’t how WE live. Maybe it’s OK for other guests. I know it’s the off season and perhaps you don’t have full staff on hand, but , I think you’ve seen us for the last time.

My experience in this hotel was great. It is in a great location with beaches nearby, wonderful breakfast, Very Clean, beautiful decor and quiet.The Staff are smiling and attentive especially Mrs Elise who has always met by exceeding expectations.I will certainly be recommending this lovely hotel

Flew from Ca to visit historical sites. Chose Sandwich as home base for last few days on the Cape. Mentioned that room was cozy and comfortable and it would’ve been fun to hang out and relax more than we did. Not sure what prime season rates are, but it was a great off season deal.

Fabulous place, two minutes north of Route 6, first exit on the Cape. Our room was immaculate, the service was superb, and the breakfast hit many different preferences and flavorites. Ours was a late-late November trip, when the Cape is in its off-season but the weather provides a great “atmospheric” setting — and Sandwich Inn and Suites was the cherry on top. We’re looking forward already to returning next Nov/Dec!

We had a wonderful experience, and Sandwich I&S is large incentive for us returning next December for another winter birding trip. We received great advice on where to go for a Wednesday evening meal………and had no reason to go elsewhere Thursday morning due to the inclusiveness of the on-site breakfast. Immaculate room and beautiful grounds just add to the specialness of Sandwich Inn and Suites. THANK YOU!
