We really appreciate the real duvet covers and the nice bed, that is very comfortable. The bathroom amenities are very nice, that the bath towels are big and we also appreciate it too. We usually do not eat the complementary breakfast in some hotels, but the breakfast in this Inn is very nice and do provide a very good start of our day, delicious cake, muffins and very nice coffee! Simple rooms, but everything is new.
NEGATIVE:
poor furnishings, typical hotel interior rather than a new england kind of place. the exterior was nice but the windows were not nice at all. maybe we got the bad rooms.

Room had a slight musty order, and some leaves on the floor between the beds when I arrived. Nothing major, just not perfect.

Lovely location for exploring Cape Cod. Sandwich aid a small but charming town close to the sea by car.
This is a hidden jewel. The breakfast is excellent & the company is fun. They need a better coffee pot. That instant stuff is awful

Sandwich Inn and Suites was a great place for us to stay.
The location in the trees is lovely. It was quiet. Rooms were kind of basic but in a lovely way so overall it worked and they had everything we wanted.
The breakfast was nice, they have coffee and chilled water available.
people were very friendly.
We loved it.
Only thing I found a little difficult was the location, we wanted to walk to a restaurant to have a glass of wine with dinner and the roads don’t really have sidewalks (similar to many roads in the US). But all in all it was great.
Sandwich is very nice. It was a good time to visit with not too many other visitors to the area.

Bathtub drain did not drain properly, surprised that we couldnt get a rollaway bed or air mattress, staff is friendly, the lack of a rollaway or an air mattress was a disappointment. Our son wanted to stay with us at the last minute and fortunately there was an extra comforter and sheets so I could make a Bed on top of my yoga mat for him. Staff was very apologetic, but I was surprised at the lack of extra comforters available. We still love this inn, but I was wondering if it is on the downslope.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Have extra rollaway mattresses or air mattresses, I want that pumpkin bread recipe, and everything else is a 10!

The cute property brought back movies of the 50s. The rooms are nicely updated to provide a true cape cod feel while also feeling contemporary and comfortable. The staff were SUPER nice and accommodating! Highly recommend for an authentic stay in Sandwich!
