Wonderful stay, delicious breakfast, and kind workers from behind the desk to cleaning staff. Small issue with king size room not having similar amenity as queen size shown on the website in pictures (no oven, only stovetop) and the heating unit could become noisy at night for light sleepers. However, I overall highly recommend this Inn & Suites!

We stayed in room number 11 and there was a horrible smell in the bathroom. Other then that everything was great!

Room was not the cozy room that are pictured on your site. This room was a bit stark and did not have a warm feeling at all. The bed was not very comfortable, either. My back hurt when I got up in the morning.

This is the second year staying here for Christmas, as we visit relatives in the area and enjoy coming back to the Sandwich Inn and suites for a quiet, comfortable nights sleep. The rates are very reasonable at this time of year.
Great room, clean, mini fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, coffee pot, hair dryer, table and two chairs. We had two double beds and we werent cramped at all moving around. Good space. Breakfast is great!!

Dont know what options there could be but there is limited space in breakfast area when you get a surge of people at the same time and it makes it difficult to accommodate everyone. Also the fact there was just one person taking care of everything. Perhaps it was just the particular day we were there.
We loved all the decorations, art and little touches everywhere. We love the style! Very cosy and comfortable! The owners are really artistic and take designing very seriously. The place is recently renovated and it looks new inside. Breakfast food is tasty. Service is friendly and helpful. There are ice machine, laundry detergent machine, washer and dryer near the office. Parking is next to your suite. We were even sad to leave. Highly recommended! Vitali and Su.

There was only one extra blanket for two beds. May be good to have instructions for operating the heat. We will be back next year!!

My boyfriend and I went to spend christmas eve, we live an hour away and his family lives right down the road from here. We plan to now make this a tradition because we loves it so much. You pull in and it set you into a fairy tale, the office is adorable and all the staff we interacted with were very pleasant. The room was very large and very clean. We brought snacks and drinks that we were able to put in the large mini fridge, and then used the microwave in the morning to hear sticky buns. It was just such a nice experience. And the pillows are like clouds. I look forward to coming again.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
The TV is modern, it has a built-in Chromecast function. It would be nice if it was set up to room’s guest Wi-Fi so we could mirror our smartphone or tablet screen to the TV.
Also 2 devices limit on Wifi was a bummer, maybe make it 4?
Not an issue just an observation: Do not disturb sign kept falling off the door handle outside because of the wind. We decided to stick it on the side of the door. Maybe there is some other way to secure it on the outside of the door?
