ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Enjoyed my stay, the facilities, and the friendly staff. My only criticisms are: 1. My key card stopped working on day 2 of a 3 day stay; and 2. I didn’t receive room service one day. The key card was remedied immediately with a visit to front desk, and lack of room service was not a major concern, just took a trip to office to pick up some toilet paper because I was out. Despite this I would highly recommend the Inn for the price paid.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We were extremely satisfied with our accommodations and especially appreciated how quiet it was. I don’t know if this is because of the older/mature guests staying there or perhaps we didn’t have anyone in the room(s) next to us. For us it was perfect. Our room was very clean and our bed was comfortable.

The only thing I would like to bring to your attention is it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and berries as a breakfast offering. Also, the milk that was left out on the counter was warm for our cereal. This could be improved upon by placing the milk bottle in a container/tray of ice.

We were extremely happy with our stay! We’re not sure if it was because what appeared to be older/mature guests or the fact that maybe no one was in the room next to us. We were delighted to have peace and quiet every evening.

For breakfast, it would have been nice to have fresh fruit and berries as food choices. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and we would recommend your Inn to others.

We have stayed here many times since our daughter moved up to the Cape two years ago. It’s just down the street from her and priced fairly off season. It’s also across the street from the best ice cream we know of in the area!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Just one comment from this stay. When I was walking along side of bed to turn the lamp on I slid on the mat on the floor as it had no backing on it. I went flying and was fortunate I didn’t hurt my back. Maybe replace with slip resistant carpet

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Lady at the desk possess a welcoming attitude to new arrivals and was helpful explaining restaurants and area sights to visit. The complex was intimate and charming with that New England feel not attainable at some other stops along the way.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Our Granddaughter is graduating from Mass Maritime on June 20th. Tried to book one night stayover on the evening of the nineteenth but unfortunately booking is required for two nights.
