When I checked out, I explained to the receptionist that a family with young kids were placed in the room next to us and one child was constantly running from room to room and the other was crying. The walls are apparently paper thin. They kept us up at night and then woke us up again at 6:30am. After they left, the 2 cleaning ladies went into their room to clean and were constantly talking to each other rather loudly keeping us up again. We didn't get any sleep. When I asked if there was something that could be done about our bill I was told that since I booked through expedia there was nothing they could do but the girl said she would talk to the owners and get back to me via email. I have not heard a word back. That is poor customer service in my opinion. I will not stay here again and will not recommend it to my friends and family either.

Keep families with young kids in a room away from those traveling with out children. Respond to a complain in a timely manner.
