With the older ladies banging around next door and the contractors on the other side talking loudly - it was quite a bit louder than we expected.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
You all might want to think about insulating the walls - it would take a little space from the rooms, but I am sure guests would definitely appreciate it.
