I really liked how well-kept the property was, in terms of landscaping and the variety of foliage.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Maybe offer 1-2 more hot items with the breakfast buffet. It was a nice spread but was hoping for some bacon or sausage. Or at least warm the ham. Coffee was delicious.
