Our experience was not good. We were very disappointed. The place has a lot potential but the service level is very poor. The team members at the front desk are not pleasant, not welcoming and not helpful. The general attitude is rude.
Our room was not clean when we entered it - the floor was dirty. Leaving our feet black. Even after complaining it was not very clean. The room was not cleaned well daily and on one day that it was not clean at all and a bad smell welcomed us when we came back (we did not leave trash in the room). In one breakfast the front desk person told me “seriously” and gave me the stinky eye when I took 3 pieces of bread. She told me: “ I just filled the bread”. The maintenances of the hotel is poor. There is a serious problem with insects. Too many even for the Cape. You should take measures such as fly bates, UV lights, citronella candles and screens on the doors. A fire pit every evening would make your place charming and will improve the atmosphere. Adding a place to wash body and equipment when coming back from the beach and a place to dry swimming suite would be helpful.
