POSITIVE:
Frühstück war sehr gut, Betten sehr bequem, genug Platz im Studio mit 2 Queen size Betten. Sehr schöne Anlage, am Anfang von Cape Cod gelegen. Bis nach Province Town sind es noch minimal 1,5 h mit dem Auto.
NEGATIVE:
Klimaanlage vom Nachbarzimmer war laut, vor allem Nachts hat es gestört. Pool war zwar vorhanden aber geschlossen, die Anlage außen rum vom Pool war nicht so schön. Kein später check-out, nicht mal 30 min länger wurden uns gewährt am letztem Tag (wir blieben 4 Nächte) trotzt 2 Kleinkinder und großem Packen vor dem Abflug zurück nach Deutschland.

Breakfast was very good, beds very comfortable, enough space in the studio with 2 queen size beds. Very nice facility, located at the beginning of Cape Cod. To Province Town it is still a minimum of 1.5 hours by car.
NEGATIVE:
Air conditioning from the neighboring room was loud, especially at night it was disturbed. Pool was available but closed, the area outside from the pool was not so nice. No late check-out, not even 30 min longer were granted to us on the last day (we stayed 4 nights) defying 2 toddlers and big packs before flying back to Germany.
