ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We did not have hot water on our first night in #24. I expect a discount on my room. If it was the gas company’s fault, then make them pay the difference of my discount. We loved the room and cleanliness but that detail of no hot water killed it for giving you all 10’s. You know who was in #24 on the 22nd and 23rd. Yup, that’s me.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Only that one fault, otherwise your place was one of the best places we stayed at on our trip up from Florida. One suggestion, get a waffle iron for breakfast as many hotels have. That is not a must but it compliments your breakfast.
