These vintage motel units have been stylishly and thoughtfully updated in a modern “Cape Cod” mode. The property itself is hilly. If you or one of your party has mobility issues, ask for a unit on the flat area near the entrance. We stayed on the upper half.

Our unit was on the end of a multi-unit building. The king bed with duvet was comfortable. The a/c was quiet. We had 3 windows. On a less hot, humid day it would have been delightful to open all the windows. Storage was adequate for a short stay (2 night tables, a small dresser, and a closet). A large-ish screen TV is on the wall. There was an upholstered armchair, a small fridge, and an electric kettle with tea bags and decaf coffee. The bathroom was clean. And, my favorite touch, free bath slippers. The only con was the lack of good soundproofing. If our neighbors had been loud, it might have been a problem. The free breakfast in the main building was more than adequate, catering to the tastes of Americans, as well as visitors from other countries. The only negative was the size of the dining area. If the weather had not been conducive to eating out on the patio, there would not have been enough tables and chairs.
