ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
Honestly, its a wonderful place, smartly set up, comfortable, and pleasant. Unfortunately our only staff interaction was with a young woman who did her duty, but was not welcoming and has no people skills. The entire experience tipped immediately into the wrong direction even during check out.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Have a greeter who smiles at the very least.
