ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:
The personal service is one of the most important criterias for selecting a hotel. The welcome service was really good, the lady at the reception was very polite. Unfortunately, this was not the same during the breakfast, the lady that was at the reception had a very bad mood, impolite and that made us feel disappointed. When we checked out another lady helped us and she was very kind.
Regarding the cleanliness, the furniture in the lodge, chairs and sofa were not clean.
The value received for the price paid didn’t achieve our expectations.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Assure that your staff is friendly with the clients and improve the cleanliness. Also, it will be good that the staff can give to the clients suggestions of places to visit or eat.
