ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Our first time at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Expected hum-drum room, instead had a good size room, very comfortable bed, updated TV, lovely white ship-lap on walls, extremely clean-white-new bathroom, with plenty of towels. Had a very relaxing three night stay and will definitely choose this hotel for a 'mini-vacation' getaway again! All personnel pleasant, helpful, and seemed happy...a good sign.

POSITIVE:

We really liked that walls of the room were shiplapped! It made us feel very Cape Cody. We also really liked that it was close to BBC cuz it's the best bar in Sandwich! The deck was pretty sweet.

NEGATIVE:

We would have enjoyed a later breakfast time. The walls were somewhat thin, we could hear our neighbors at night but not a big deal. The shower was only lukewarm...

I stayed off season so for all you folks looking for a place at peak summer, some of my results may be different! I had to travel to Hyannis for a seminar, and didn't feel like driving far. I found this hotel and decided to give it a shot. The place is VERY CLEAN! The rooms are floor to ceiling wainscoting (white), and a little sparse. This didn't bother me at all as the beds this place has are the best I have ever slept on at a hotel/motel! The floors are hardwood with smaller rugs in the bathroom and near the bed. I can't help but think anyone doing a bicycle ride would find this place PERFECT for an overnight stay. There is a small porch overhang to get your bike out of the rain and more than enough room to park your bike in the room without it being a problem for normal moving around. The breakfast seemed more like traditional fare from a B&B with home made specialty items and a great continental selection. Overall this was a great stay.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Megan and all the ladies at the front desk were super nice. I had to do a late night check in and the process was flawless. Most of the time I stay in chain hotels as you never know what your going to get with independent owned places. I am happy to say this was a great experience! Your beds were AMAZING! The only downside is there was no work out room but that seems my only negative. The food selection was great. Overall a very nice place!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

A small work out room would be great. Eliptical, Bike, stretch mat, small free weights. I know space is at a premium but that would get more people into your place. Lastly you may want to install some plugs with USB power options near the nightstand as the outlets in the rooms are sparse.

We had a family event over the weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised about how cozy the room was decorated and felt. The first thing you notice when you open the door is that there is no carpet, so you feel you are staying in a rustic beach cottage. The beds were so comfortable and sheets were soft. We also enjoyed the delicious organic coffee and food at the complimentary continental breakfast.

Ours was quite spacy and had a kitchen. Pots/Pans etc were available. It was very clean and comfortable. Decor was nice with relaxing colors. The breakfast was a short walk into the next building. A nice small, non-traditional breakfast, including a special milk, either coconut or almonds. Either way, it was delicious. The desk manager was very nice and super friendly. We would return.
