POSITIVE:
Continental breakfast was wonderful and the Cape Cod feel of the rooms was just what we were looking for! We had a big room with a stove, microwave, mini fridge, and all the Utensils were provided!
NEGATIVE:
The power went out, the staff could have provided candles for the night without power.

We werent able to stay due to the power outage from the storm. However we were very happy with Jon calling to let us know ahead of time about the power outage. If we have the opportunity to stay there again we will. Thank you!

The guest service was wonderful, and the price was good for the type of room we had. The room itself was great! The only issue we had was it wasn't too clean, there were black hairs in the towels, the bedding, and on the kitchen counter when we arrived.

Just double check the cleanliness of the room before check-in.

With the older ladies banging around next door and the contractors on the other side talking loudly - it was quite a bit louder than we expected.

You all might want to think about insulating the walls - it would take a little space from the rooms, but I am sure guests would definitely appreciate it.

Our room was located on the first floor of a two story building. We were awaken at 5:30 am due to the sound of movement from above. If additional two story building are in your program; sound proofing should be considered.
