Should install handrails in bathtubs. The stairs going to the office are not standard heights, and not handicapp accessible. Very dangerous for people with cane or walker or having trouble going to the office.According to Building Codes, the last step before going into the office is not acceptable.

The hotel was meticulously clean and that made our stay very comfortable. The room was also spacious and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much so that we have been recommending the hotel to our family and friends. Thank you for keeping the hotel well kept and welcoming!

Had come to Sandwich to visit family and so glad we discovered the Sandwich Inn& Suites. Reasonably priced for a very clean comfortable room. Nothing fancy , but all we needed. And the continental breakfast had an ample selection.
The title says it all really. We were welcomed very warmly by the receptionist and she was informative and helpful. The breakfast was a notch above the buffet breakfasts of the national chains with fresh baked goods, good qualaity cereals and yoghurts, and nice ham and cheese slices!!
We went to Cape Cod for Christmas and decided to get a hotel rather than sleeping at our family’s home. This was a great place! Clean, comfortable beds, large bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, brewing pot, table and chairs and big screen TV. Beautiful breakfast included. We will be back!

Initial room we had TV did not work, Kristen tried to fix but to no avail. They switched us to upgraded room. Very helpful.
We were very satisfied with our stay. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

The receptionist was excellent! She was very welcoming and friendly. She really made it a special visit. And, she was working on Christmas!!!!
I also appreciated the breakfast which was a notch above the hum drum buffet breakfasts (such as at big chains). Fresh quiche and baked goods, a good yogurt , juice and an excellent presentation exceeded my expectations.

The staff was super welcoming and pleasant and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable with an added bonus of a mini fridge and microwave! The biggest bonus was the excellent breakfast provided. It was a surprise to find on a simple self serve buffet, a nice quiche, hard boiled eggs, canadian bacon, good quality granola and yogurt and more! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were in room 1. It was very noisy due to road noise coming in though the a/c. Entrance door to room needed to be weather stripped because it was very drafty. You could see daylight coming in when the door was closed. We needed to turn up the heat to compensate for the draft and to keep it warm. This was also communicated to the woman at the front desk before departure. All in all the motel was very nice.

The floors in the guest room need to be wet mopped in between guests. They were filthy. Also we had an issue with the toilet stopping up and it took my husband 30 minutes to get it unclogged.
