ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We expressed disappointment with the placing of the bed in our unit. One side was placed up against a wall making getting into and out of bed difficult. I asked if we could move it and advised by the desk clerk that we could not. I asked to move and was told there were no vacancies. The shower operated poorly and the pull down blinds did not work. I talked to the manager about our situation. She offered a 10% discount and sent maintenance to move the bed and repair the shower head. Maintenance was courteous and efficient. The blinds could not be repaired because replacements were not available. I tried twice to talk the manager before we left but was not able to reach her. I am waiting for the discount.

I was very surprised to find out that I was charged $100 extra when I saw the credit card bill. I called the hotel and they told me they have one pillow missing. I explained that we put one pillow in the closet since we have a 2 years old daughter sleep in the bed. Too many pillow is not safe. They put us one hold for a long time and said they did not find it. That was two weeks after we stayed. The front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I have to spent a lot extra time to get back that $100.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

There were a couple of cob webs behind the door and some fluff bunnies in the corners of the bathroom. And we were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. We ended up going to the beach, but would have been able to spend more time at the pool, rather than using the time to head to the beach and back. (Not to mention the added expense.)

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

They changed me $100 extra for missing one pillow and some towels without asking. We called back on second week of June to explain that we put one pillow in the closet because we have a toddler sleep in the bed. Too much pillow is not safe for her. All the towel is in the room when we left. The front desk was very rude and put us on hold for a long time.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Please don’t assume that costume steal your one pillow and tower again. Before you charge $100, you can contact the custom at least.

The room ended up being much bigger than expected (we had a 1-queen suite with separate sitting area, TV, mini fridge & microwave). Bed was very comfy - only the tiny sink was a little problematic, as it made it difficult to wash your face. Breakfast was awesome - toast was delicious, and the hashed potatoes with quinoa and spinach were amazing! We were originally a little concerned due to the description on the website, but it was great. Property is pretty quiet - the only time we heard our next-door neighbors was through the sitting room, so no issues there. The only mechanical issue was the pull-down blinds were very difficult to maneuver. Definitely more expensive than our typical budget, but we’re happy we stayed.
