Nos ha parecido demasiado caro para lo que da. Adicionalmente a esto, hay muchísimos mosquitos y el aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido.

El internet que dan gratis sirve para bajar el correo y poco más. Para un internet decente, te piden pagar un extra. El desayuno es correcto y está bien ubicado. Hay una chica jovencita particurlamente antipática y cero proactiva a la hora de resolver cuestiones. No cumplió las expectativas que teníamod derivadas de las fotos y la descripción.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We have rented 3 rooms in the past 3 weeks. 24, 15 and 16.

24 was a nice room but had a musty smell. 15 also was a lovely room for my daughter. There is plenty of room in 15 to accommodate queen beds for a family.

16 the bed for some reason was very uncomfortable and the light on the outside was on all night and shone into the room.

The breakfast was very nice and it would be a special property if the pool area was back especially in recent light of all the sharks and swimming won’t be possible.

We are in the hotel business and are very noticing of little things. The extra blankets are a nice touch. Coffee makers in the rooms would be a plus instead of instant coffee. The cleanliness of the rooms are to be commended to the cleaning staff.

The young girl at the front desk could be more friendly. She was short on more than one occasion for no reason. First time we chalked it up to a bad day but the second time ?

POSITIVE:

Nothing at all it was vastly overpriced and just a Motel not an Inn as was wrongly described The breakfast was a cheap nasty cafe and when complained on leaving I was asked to give my email and the owner would contact me to make a goodwill reimbursement That was never done despite my numerous calls On the whole a bad experience which I hope the owner has the courtesy to contact me about Which I don’t suppose for one minute they will !!

Struttura lungo la strada che porta in Sandwich a 2 minuti d’auto dai luoghi di ristorazione. Parcheggio davanti alla porta delle camere peraltro molto grandi. Colazione americana nella reception ma volendo si può fare anche all’aperto nei tavolini a disposizione fuori. La struttura è dotata di servizio di lavanderia ed asciugatura a gettoni 1,5 $ e 1,25 $.

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Your website described a complimentary breakfast with gluten free offerings (which my sister needed as she is gluten sensitive) and all there was on the breakfast bar was dry, unappealing cereal. Luckily she brought her own muffins to toast but had to return to our room to retrieve them. The coffee was not great and overall I feel that the breakfast could have been much better.

We were sorry to hear about the pool being filled in and more rooms added instead but we were told it was too much upkeep.

We also were not comfortable with having just a duvet on our bed with no top sheet as we were not confident that it was washed after each customer had used them. I did manage to speak to a housekeeper and she told me there was one in the top drawer in the room — she brought the second one and just left it on my bed.

I feel the potential at your Inn is there, just needs a little more attention to detail and hospitality. Thank you for considering our experience at your Inn.
