Situation au calme, reposante et tout près de la route pour remonter au nord de Cape-code. Les jardins sont très biens entretenus et la déco moderne. Dommage la piscine est hors service.

I know I booked a motel but at this point considering the price !!!! I warn the French to go there; expect to be disappointed especially compared quality / price! 1 / the staff: especially the morning girl; no smile, no “good morning”, I ask him a fruit? No fruit. Basta! 2 / the breakfast after 7H30 nothing apart from a slice of cheese, coffee and a slice of bread + honey is not offered. Before 7:30 no fruit, no yoghurt. 3 / Cleanliness to review: do not walk barefoot, hair found under the sheet (I took pictures). 4 / it is a motel so no hard partition so we hear the neighbor’s TV and cars outside all this for 170 € / night!

For us French we are well within the framework of a misleading advertisement.

We ask for an invoice: NO ACCOUNTING just a email. OKAY ! mail received but without amount (I keep it)

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

The accommodations met our expectations, but I don’t believe that much effort went into daily cleaning. My husband and I are fairly neat people so basically the bed was made daily by the staff and the bathroom appeared to have been wiped up and clean towels were given.

BUT the floors were dirty. I first noticed the same spider in the bathroom in the corner of floor on the first day. Little guy was there all week never moved! Water had seeped to the bathroom floor after a shower so I quickly wiped it up with bath mat which became very dirty. I’m a stickler for keeping slippers on in a hotel but became lax about it then noticed my feet were BLACK from walking around in the room after my shower. I wondered when it was last vacuumed!!! I rarely give a poor review but feel this should be addressed.

Another suggestion is better lighting to read. AC wall unit is so loud, we couldn’t hear the tv.

Our experience was not good. We were very disappointed. The place has a lot potential but the service level is very poor. The team members at the front desk are not pleasant, not welcoming and not helpful. The general attitude is rude.

Our room was not clean when we entered it - the floor was dirty. Leaving our feet black. Even after complaining it was not very clean. The room was not cleaned well daily and on one day that it was not clean at all and a bad smell welcomed us when we came back (we did not leave trash in the room). In one breakfast the front desk person told me “seriously” and gave me the stinky eye when I took 3 pieces of bread. She told me: “ I just filled the bread”. The maintenances of the hotel is poor. There is a serious problem with insects. Too many even for the Cape. You should take measures such as fly bates, UV lights, citronella candles and screens on the doors. A fire pit every evening would make your place charming and will improve the atmosphere. Adding a place to wash body and equipment when coming back from the beach and a place to dry swimming suite would be helpful.

Tipico motel con parcheggio dell’auto proprio di fronte alla stanza, inserito in un bel contesto di grandi alberi. Stanza carina, con zona pranzo e cucina. Il bagno un po’ scrostato ma abbastanza ben tenuto, tenda per chiudere la doccia. Colazione minimal inclusa. Va bene per muoversi nell’area di Cape Cod.

Je sais que j’avais réservé un motel mais à ce point compte tenu du prix!!!! Je mets en garde les Français s’y rendant; attendez vous à être déçu surtout par rapport qualité/prix !!! 1/ le personnel: notamment la jeune fille du matin; aucun sourire, ni “good morning” , je lui demande un fruit ? No fruit. Basta! 2/ le petit-déjeuner aprés 7H30 rien en dehors d’une tranche de fromage, de café et une tranche de pain de mie + miel n’est offert.
