The location was convenient. The property is well maintained and very quiet. Rooms were very clean.
NEGATIVE:
Office staffer refused to book my rooms by phone. Told me she could not book 4 rooms for only one night. I then hopped on Booking.com and was able to book the rooms.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Might be a benefit for your guests that you provide menus from local or nearby restaurants. not always easy to google them.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert, schnell und ohne große Formalitäten. Das Frühstück war für ein amerikanisches Motel gut. Angenehm war, dass man von normalen Geschirr essen konnte. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet.

Den Preis fanden wir für die simple Ausstattung doch etwas zu hoch. Das Doppelbett überraschend schmal.

We did not have hot water on our first night in #24. I expect a discount on my room. If it was the gas companys fault, then make them pay the difference of my discount. We loved the room and cleanliness but that detail of no hot water killed it for giving you all 10s. You know who was in #24 on the 22nd and 23rd. Yup, thats me.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
Only that one fault, otherwise your place was one of the best places we stayed at on our trip up from Florida. One suggestion, get a waffle iron for breakfast as many hotels have. That is not a must but it compliments your breakfast.

Home away from home. Ashley at the front desk went above and beyond to give us detailed info on beach and good food. Thank you, Ashley. She obviously loves her work. Good front desk/reception will win over clientele every time.
Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, very clean rooms. Convenient location on Cape Cod for bicycling on the Cape Cod Rail trail or, the Shining path trail. Do not forget a quick side trip to the Green Briar Patch Nature Center and Jam Kitchen. A Joy for young and old!

La struttura è deliziosa: tanti cottage autonomi, con parcheggio davanti. Camera ampia e pulitissima, letti comodi. La colazione buona e variegata, servita in una graziosa sala da pranzo (forse un po’ piccola). Location tranquilla e immersa nel verde.
