Very pleasant staff. Room recently renovated and clean.
NEGATIVE:
The deumidifier was very noisy. I had to turn it off so we could sleep. No sheet for the bed (apparently a European custom) but had a sheet & blanket in dresser. I find the comforters are too warm, so prefer a sheet & blanket

This is very fisherman specific - but a hose available somewhere to rinse waders - so people don’t get sand in your showers. but take that with a grain of salt. your place was super nice and you may not even want to attract grubby fisherman…

This was a pleasant little surprise for our family. The grounds are quaint, its clean, room was spacious, and everyone has been very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Kleines Hotel mit gepflegter Anlage, gutes Frühstück mit Obst, Kuchen, Wurst und Käse. Und richtiges Geschirr und Besteck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und von der Ausstattung her ausreichend.
NEGATIVE:
Etwas hellhörig, was aber in den USA überall so ist. Wir hatten ein Babybett benötigt, was leider keine richtige Matratze hatte und demnach sehr hart war.

Small hotel with well-kept area, good breakfast with fruit, cake, sausage and cheese. And real crockery and cutlery. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and adequate from the facilities.
NEGATIVE:
A bit noisy, but in the US everywhere is. We had a baby bed needed, which unfortunately had no real mattress and therefore very hard.
Very nice inn. Older but newly renovated. Dehumidifier in room was noisy so turned it off at night

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY - ROOM WAS CLEAN & COMFORTABLE ! ONLY NEGATIVE, WHICH WE BELIEVE IS CORRECTABLE, WAS THE “MUSTY SMELL” WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM ! HUMIDITY IS POSSIBLE THE PROBLEM - THERE ARE MANY AIR FRESHENERS THAT MIGHT REMOVE THE PROBLEM !

It was very crowded at breakfast - no place for everyone to sit.
I was getting considerably lower rates sent to me the week we were in Sandwich. That is not a good feeling. The woman at the desk just shrugged when I asked about it.

Lovely place set in the trees. Friendly staff, nice breakfast which was appropriately described as continental plus! Room clean, bathroom was fine. Room was large enough with good fridge and kettle. Plenty of parking

I’ve at the Inn for third time and the place still the same VERY CLEAN the breakfast changed a bit I loved potatoes.
I was very happy when I saw thw some housekeeping who had been taking care of my room before and of course I left a ggod tip tip to thank her for the services is done in my room.

Person (female) at the desk could have been a bit more welcoming upon my check-in. Seemed bored and robotic. The room was very nice and clean, and the grounds are charming.

Maybe the front desk person was having a bad day, but I would suggest a more personable employee working if it were my hotel.

As a wet shaver it would have been better to have a sink which holds water. TV had been messed with by previous occupant so that it was impossible to change stations.
This was a known problem but not checked by staff.
