I stayed 4 nights. My floor was not vacuumed first two days. I called on the third day and requested it to be cleaned.
Everything else was great.

We loved staying here. My husband slept better here than at home. The mattress and lines are superb.

POSITIVE:
Polite friendly helpful staff. Very clean room with ample parking right outside the ground floor room (a few outside steps). Rooms set in a area of Trees and pleasant surroundings . Great varied breakfast that as an Englishman I would describe as a wonderful mixture of German, Continental and American - cheeses, ham, sausage, bread, pastries, pancakes, cereal fruit , porridge (or maybe gritz).
NEGATIVE:
There was nothing to dislike. I stayed in a few rooms of this category on past nights and this was easily the best. Would not hesitate to recommend it .

Overall, it was a nice stay and in a good location! My feedback to you is below:
1. There was a appliance (I’m guessing a dehumidifier) in the room that was quite noisy.
2. I asked for a receipt to be sent to my email and it did not list the amount paid. I sent another email requesting the amount paid but have not heard back from anyone yet. I just need to know the full amount paid so I can divide up the expenses with my friend.

Thankyou for a lovely stay. The rooms are cosy, breakfast more than adequate & all the staff were very helpful & friendly.
We would definitely stay if we return to Cape Cod in the future.
