I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The girl at the desk for check in helped out immensely. Since we were going to a wedding at Overbrook House about 15 minutes away, we needed to get checked in earlier. She had everything set and ready for us so it took less than a minute. We were in number 14, the room is very quaint with two double beds, a large bathroom a shower and a kitchen section with stove and refrigerator. Plenty of parking. Price for the Cape was very reasonable at 139 dollars. Breakfast was included! We had hard boiled egg, muffin, fruit and a lemon cake. In addition, it was very quiet as we never heard anything due to the distancing of the different rooms. We heard that they will be covering the pool and building another unit shortly! We would definitely come here again!

We were very happy with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed all the amenities supplied. It was nice having laundry facilities since we had been traveling for over a week when we arrived. The outside seating was also nice for the pleasant fall evenings.

Had a great and nice stay at the Sandwich Inn - friendly staff, great breakfast, and cosy rooms. Would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a cosy and local place.

Really minor issue, but would be nice to have a power outlet near the bed to charge the phone during the night.

You could hear everyone in the unit above us every time they moved. Also, the dehumidifier in our room was loud. Having the cable box behind the tv made it difficult to use the tv. You had to be right side of the bed for the remote to work.

Rooms were large, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast had varied options and was tasty. The location was perfect for a home base for touring the Cape. The grounds are well kept and inviting.

This Inn was very charming—decor reminded me of Joanna Gaines from HGTV. Very clean and comfortable and the breakfast offerings were very good. There was even a washer & dryer available, which we happened to need. The Inn is nestled in the trees and the grounds were very nice. Even a little patio for dining off the dining room. It was a great value and I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first hotel of a 2 week New England trip & our favourite. We arrived following a long journey from the UK & after hitting the rush hour traffic getting out of Boston, tired & tense but we instantly felt ourselves relaxing.
The surroundings are lovely as are the little cottages & even through we were in the first block, we didn’t seem to get much road noise,perhaps because of the trees. We were lucky to have unseasonably warm weather so it would have been nice to have outdoor chairs as some seemed to have but as we were out both days, it wasn’t too much of an issue.
The breakfast was lovely & the dining room so quaint. All the staff we came across were very friendly & helpful.
We stayed 3 nights but could easily have stayed longer & would like to return one day & see more of Cape Cod.

Room with separate kitchen area was super, beds perfect. Shower enjoyable.. Breakfast good. Location good. Sandwich as village not so interesting. But good place to see cape Cod, Plymouth etc. Easy accesible. Good restaurant nearby. Reception helpfull.
