ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

Good day, general manager was amazing person. For desk help the people that are in place no experience. Stayed there multiple nights for work under the federal government rate , As well as the contractor rate, room number six amazing person at the front desk told me there was multiple rooms available when I booked the room the price changed no discounts she said she would get back to me, before the end of her shift with pricing. She told me I was going to stay in King bed that I requested and that wasn’t the case. She did not know how to cancel the reservation and redo another one. But was charged for the king. Housekeeping was amazing. Ask for my bill yesterday for my first day because I didn’t receive it. Last night we stayed again unexpectedly was put in it room that was not swept and toilet was dirty like someone check the room out but didn’t stay. He does not work very well it says temperature was 68° but my app on my phone said 56° and staying there prior in a different room but there for breakfast next couple dad stated the room was very cold and that was room number three the same one the front Dess staff made for us last night.Stated that there was no other rooms no king beds available but same room multiple nights different price same same room type. Kind of confused? The staff after 2 o’clock to 10 stated that there was no other rooms no king beds available but same room multiple nights different price same same room type. Kind of confused? The staff after 2 o’clock to 10 Pm stated they had a fax machine and that we could use it .. come to find out the staff member that wasn’t occupying the front that stated they had a fax to use again wasn’t the case we had to go outside and drive to Hyannis to find a Staples. Hope things get fixed .. but being up charged because they don’t have a room when there’s only 6 to 7 people in the entire facility and stating rooms are occupied but they really wOTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Make sure your staff knows the room Tight and don’t state prices and change them. I’ll get back to you after she takes your credit card with the exact price is not copacetic with any location I don’t need to be told it’s going to be an additional $40 per night because she messed up thanks

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We didn’t receive any housekeeping on the second day of our stay (Friday 1/3) - the bed remained unmade and it was apparent that a housekeeper hadn’t entered the room, as the tip I’d left was not taken. (This was especially disappointing, as I’d left a tip on the first day of our stay (Thursday 1/2).

Also, the floor was noticeably gritty in bare feet - and I think we were careful not to track much in. The floor needed sweeping or vacuuming.

I was disappointed that the person checking us out didn’t ask how things had been, as I would have mentioned these things.

One last thing - the hanger for the iron and ironing board was coming off the wall.

Not major things, and I expect I will stay with you again. (This was my third stay, I think.)

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Perhaps some more low carbohydrate breakfast items? Things will little or no sugar, etc. Some plain yogurt and berries would be nice.

We were headed to Sandwich from NH in December so my daughter could have an eval done by a specialist at a local hospital. The day before we left, I called to see if we could have an early check in to avoid driving in the storm. The manager was so accommodating and took some stress away from an already very stressful situation. Walking into the office, I was struck by the relaxing decor and friendly faces that I was met with! We stayed in a room with a double bed and without the kitchenette. I was in love with it as soon as I walked in! The coastal decor was perfect for an inn on the Cape and it was so bright and welcoming! My daughter asked if we could bring the bed that she slept in back home with her because she had a great sleep! The location couldn’t have been better! We had dinner right up the street, went to MaryAnn’s for coffee and drove up Rte 6 to visit all of the great local shops!

I was not sure what it would be like to stay at the Cape in the winter, but I can tell you, it is something that I want to do from now on! We visit the Cape every July and I plan on making sure that we head down a night early from now on so we can enjoy a night here before we get to our rental!

I can not thank you enough for making this stay so great!

ADDITIONAL FEEDBACK:

We were coming down so mu daughter could have an eval at a local hospital. The day before we were headed down, I called about early check in so we could avoid a storm that was going to hit in NH. You were SO accommodating and made a super stressful situation seem a little more manageable. I don’t think you truly understand how much it was appreciated!

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:

Extend breakfast until check out. We missed it because we slept in. :)
